Web-based systems provider Cooper Solutions, based in Warwickshire, has just appointed three new members of staff to help cope with the amount of increased business it’s enjoying.
Thanks to an ever growing range of innovative, insightful products and a 99 per cent client loyalty rate the company is booming.
The new staff members are Business Development Manager Colin Woods and Account Managers Naomi Baron and Kate Freshwater.
Colin has a wealth of industry knowledge and insight, gained from over 25 years within the Retail Motor Industry, including 15 years with the Sytner Group ten of those as Dealer Principal at BMW and Mercedes Benz Dealerships.
The company was able to select from hundreds of graduate applicants to recruit two exceptional individuals capable of adding value to the existing dynamic team. In addition to business research experience, Naomi brings enthusiasm, and a sense of humour to the team, while Kate boasts work experience in Malaysia as part of her management and business strategy degree at Aston University.

In 2010, the number of FullCover franchised dealer clients grew from 600 to more than 850, an increase of over 40 per cent, while overall company revenue was up more than 30 per cent.
