Cooper Solutions Unveils Enhancements to FullCover

Web-based systems provider Cooper Solutions has launched a new module to their most popular product which will enhance dealerships ability to increase revenue from their courtesy vehicles.

The FullRecovery module is an addition to Cooper Solutions existing FullCover product, which has over 850 franchised dealers subscribed countrywide, and provides real-time reporting on the revenue being generated from loan car charges. By linking directly with ADP Kerridge this system gives the manager much tighter control of charges, showing on a loan-by-loan basis, the expected income through to the actual invoiced amounts. With this level of control the manager can enforce a charging policy more effectively ensuring that revenue reporting is consistent and accurate.

Barry Cooper, Managing Director of Cooper Solutions said: “Our reporting on a loan by loan basis from time of booking until invoiced enables management to identify loans with no charge and improve business processes so that charge out penetration increases.

“The new module has been piloted by a number of dealer groups and the feedback we’ve had has been very positive, especially due to its ease of use.

“It is enhancements such as this that continue to make Cooper Solutions an industry leader for web-based solutions and retain 99% of our clients year-on-year.”
