Web-based systems provider Cooper Solutions has topped an outstanding twelve months by announcing that it has been recognised as a Microsoft Silver Partner within the Microsoft Partner Network.
To achieve the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) competency standard, Cooper Solutions had to submit references from three of its customers and have FullCover, its most popular product, inspected by an independent Microsoft approved testing company.
Barry Cooper, Managing Director of Cooper Solutions, said: “We are delighted to be recognised as a Microsoft Silver Partner because it is a stamp of approval of the quality of our web based products and the dealer service we provide. It is also an endorsement of the high level of satisfaction expressed by our clients, which is all due to the hard work of the Cooper Solutions team.”
The competency standard gives the Warwickshire-based business the backing of Microsoft’s vast technical and marketing resources, which in turn helps ensure its clients receive the best possible products and support.
This latest achievement by Cooper Solutions caps an incredible year which has also seen the number of franchised dealer clients grow from 600 to more than 850, an increase of over 40 per cent, while overall company revenue was up more than 30 per cent.
The company has also, once again, managed to retain 99 per cent of its clients and has just recently appointed three new members of staff to help cope with the increased business it is winning.
Barry Cooper adds: “Our products offer web based solutions which are proving invaluable to dealerships in these tough economic times. We’ve seen a very positive 2010 and look forward to 2011 with great optimism and excitement.”
As a Microsoft Silver Partner, Cooper Solutions can now use the Microsoft Silver Partner logo on its web site and printed materials.
