Sustained demand from motor dealers for its services has prompted Cooper Solutions to add two new recruits to its growing team. Ashley Whitfield has been hired to assist with IT Systems Support, while Sam Smith joins as an account manager.
With a solid background in account management, having worked previously in the insurance and claims department of NFU Mutual and at Listers Volkswagen as a sales executive, Sam’s role will see him work closely with Cooper Solutions' growing client base of more than 1700 dealers.
Sam will be responsible for training, business development, day-to-day liaison with dealers and highlighting the company’s range of products and services.
Ashley will provide critical IT support as well as proactively managing system utilisation to help maintain Cooper Solutions' reputation as a leading provider of dealer-focused web-based solutions.
