Cooper Solutions has strengthened its management team with a hat-trick of appointments.
The firm has achieved year-on-year growth in each of the last 12 years and has created three new roles across the business following another record 12 months.
Two new Account Managers, Jordan Coton and Nick Whalley, have joined the firm having both graduated from Nottingham Trent University, while Keith Taylor has joined the development team following 18 years at PSA Peugeot Citroën.
Keith is working alongside Development Managers Andrew Whicher and Simon Whicher as a Product Support Specialist behind Cooper Solutions’ full range of cloud-based dealer management systems.
The 39-year-old, who lives in Solihull, has a rare combination of skills and experience that will make him a key asset to the team at Cooper Solutions.
Nick, who is from Kenilworth, enjoyed a 12 month placement at British Car Auctions while completing a degree in business management, while Jordan worked for Vauxhall Motors for a year as part of a four-year international business sandwich degree.
The duo will be predominantly supporting clients using the fleet management product, FullCover, and electronic trade auction site, FullAuction.
Jordan, who lives in Wellesbourne, said: “I gained invaluable experience producing tools to manage performance data during my placement year, and wanted to work at the cutting edge of technology, so I’m a good fit for the company and they are for me too. It is refreshing to see a successful independent company investing in graduates and I’m looking forward to getting my teeth into this exciting opportunity.”
Cooper Solutions has grown by more than 20 per cent in 2014 following a series of new client wins and extending products supplied across its existing customer base.
Managing Director Barry Cooper said: “We’re delighted with the success we’ve achieved and are determined to grow even faster in 2015. We’ve created six new full time positions within the company this year and we’re pleased to welcome Keith, Nick and Jordan to our ranks. We’re fortunate to have a strong base of talented people in the area with an interest and experience in the automotive industry who match our ambitions and are keen to progress with the company. We expect to make two further senior appointments in January.”
