Cooper Solutions is firmly on the road to success after securing its 1,000th customer. The company is now working with Mercedes Benz of Bedford with their fleet management solution FullCover.
The Sytner Group dealership, became Cooper Solutions’ 1,000th customer after installing FullCover which helps efficiently manage the 2,000-plus bookings of the its courtesy car service and the management of demonstration vehicles.
FullCover also includes a day rate insurance which can potentially lower the amount a dealership pays for its motor trade policy.
David Glover, dealer principal at the Ampthill Road-based dealership which employs over 50 people, said: “I have known about Cooper Solutions and their products almost since they began as I have worked with managing director Barry Cooper in the past.
“FullCover has helped us to manage our fleet of courtesy and demonstration vehicles much more effectively and efficiently than would otherwise be possible.
“Being able to deal with bookings in an efficient manner also benefits our customers as it cuts down on time and eliminates confusion.
“Without this system there is the potential to get it wrong. I would certainly recommend it to other dealerships.”
FullCover forms part of a suite of Cooper Solutions products which also includes FullAuction a web-based auction for trade vehicle sales.
