A Warwickshire software firm is expanding its offices after a period of growth with a view to recruiting more staff by the end of the year.
Cooper Solutions, which works with around 1,000 UK dealerships to improve fleet management and cost controls, is increasing its base in Barford, near Warwick.
It was founded 10 years ago, currently employs 17 staff and says it is planning to launch a new product later this year meaning more staff could be taken on.
Managing director Barry Cooper said: "We've grown more than 25% every year by expanding our range of products and adding to our client base, and have also had to grow ourselves and that means more space.
"We moved to the Exchange at Barford just over three years ago, again to allow us to grow and have created seven new jobs in that time.
"We never expected to maintain the rate of growth we've achieved. Our neighbours have moved to a bigger unit because of their success, so that has meant literally just knocking through walls to allow us to expand.
"We've worked with Martin Herrod and his Company MKH of Kenilworth, who fitted out our offices three years ago and are now helping us double in size."
